To activate your license:
1) Download the software using links, with login and password below.
User Name: solid
Password: cube
2) Install it into your top level max directory.
3) Run it and create something with PwrBoolean
in the "Compound Objects" in creation panel.
4) After showing a dialog about creating a temporary license file, it will bring up a license dialog with 2 numbers and a machine name.  
5) Send us the 2 license numbers and machine name via E-mail (or phone +1.858.592.8866 between 9:00am and 6:00pm Pacific Coast time in the United States).  We will send you back a key code to enter.

To activate your license (Rhino 3.0):
1) Download the software using links above.
User Name: solid
Password: sphere
2) Install it into your Rhino Plugins directory.  If prompted enter as the installation directory the location of the plug-ins directory for Rhino. For example: c:\Program Files\Rhinoceros 3.0\Plug-ins.
3) Install the plug-in using the Rhino Plug-in Manager.  Select the "Tools/Plugin Manager" from the main menu and select the "Load" button in the Dialog.  There should be a "PowerSolids*.rhp" file in your ".../Rhinoceros 3.0/Plug-ins" directory that can be selected for loading.  If you do not see the file listed, click on the "Install" button and then go to the .../Rhinoceros 3.0/Plug-ins directory and select the PowerSolids*.rhp file to install.
4) Load the PowerSolids.tb toolbar.  From the main menu select "Tools/Toolbar Layout...".  In the "Toolbars" dialog "File/Open" and select the Power Solids toolbar "PowerSolids.tb" in the plug-ins directory.  If you have the tool bar loaded and don't see the tools, make sure there is a check mark in the PowerSolids toolbar on the bottom window when you select PowerSolids in the top window of the dialog.
5) Type "PowerFillet" or select one of the buttons in the PowerSolids toolbar to start the plug-in.  You should see the menu loaded.  
6) It will generate a license "nPower_PSR_****.lic
7) Send the license to us by E-mail (support@npowersoftware.com) and we'll send you back a permanent Key file to authorize it.
